About Redside Partners
Since 2002, Redside has managed multi-family and commercial buildings in the Seattle area. We help our clients build value one month at a time by relying on a "hands-on" approach and providing great service. Our business is predicated on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with building owners and tenants.
Redside’s founder and owner, Craig is a Northwest native. Originally from Portland, he graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and later received his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. After graduating from Duke in 1995, he began getting more involved in real estate while also managing various marketing and sales initiatives at Sprint. He founded Redside in 2002 and through a continued focus on building property value, has organically built the firm through its reputation and referrals. He has helped Redside’s clients build property values through multiple residential and commercial building renovations, or more simply, carefully attending to details. Craig is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington and lives in Seattle with his wife and three daughters.
Cale spent 9 years at Redside wearing a variety of hats and then in 2014, took a year-long sojourn around the world with his wife. Now serving as Redside’s Lead Operational and Property Manager, he has been in the property management field since 2004 and spent four years as a resident manager for a thirty-unit apartment building on Capitol Hill. After growing up in Montana, Cale graduated with Academic Distinction from Whitman College with an Economics degree where he also played varsity basketball for four years. Cale is a licensed real estate broker and lives in Columbia City with his wife and daughter.
Kay has over twenty five years of real estate, banking and office management experience. Since 2006 her attention to detail has been vital to Redside’s office operations and Kay now oversees much of Redside’s daily accounting and vendor management. Kay lives in West Seattle and has a BA from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.
Jennifer joined Redside as an Accounting Manager in 2014. Originally from Illinois, she graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Financial Accounting. Previously, Jennifer was at AIMCO, a Real Estate Investment Trust headquartered in Denver, where over eleven years she worked in several accounting positions before moving to Seattle. Jennifer is a licensed real estate broker responsible for various accounting and human resource needs of a growing company like Redside. She lives in West Seattle where she enjoys walking and playing on Alki Beach with her two children.
Originally from Los Angeles, Justin joined the office staff as a Property Manager in 2015 after working as a resident manager for many Redside buildings. Justin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Whitman College in 2013 where he played varsity baseball for four years and was captain for two years. Justin is a licensed real estate broker and has a knack for working through difficult management assignments. He lives on Capitol Hill and enjoys playing golf and following the Dodgers during his free time.
Kristen joined Redside in 2016 as a Property Manager. For the previous ten years she was a resident manager on Capitol Hill and more recently as a leasing manager downtown for a national property management firm. She has a Psychology degree from Antioch University and a great understanding for apartment building management and the details associated with leasing and great tenant relations. Kristen is a licensed real estate broker and in her off time loves exploring the beautiful PNW with her husband and daughter, hiking, biking, cooking, and dabbling in music.
Johnny joined Redside as a Property Manager in 2016 after spending three years with Hamilton Urban Partners, a Seattle based development and property management firm that transitioned much of its portfolio’s management to Redside. Originally from Eastern Washington, he graduated from University of Washington in 2012 with Bachelor’s degree in History. Johnny is a licensed real estate broker with outstanding tenacity for details. He lives in Eastlake and enjoys trying new food, watching a good TV series, and going for runs around the city.
Originally from Branson, Missouri, Irina graduated from the University of Missouri with a double degree in International Studies and Russian. Irina first joined Redside as a part-time resident manager in 2017 and subsequently joined the team as an Accounting Associate. Previously, she spent a year and a half working at Davidson and Co., a financial advisory firm. She lives on Capitol Hill and enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling abroad, and exploring Seattle!
Jenette has worked for Redside Partners since 2015 as an on-site resident manager and 2017 she joined the Redside Team as a Property Manager. Over the last 16 years she’s had many roles from leasing agent to Sr. Property Manager in residential property management for HSC, Riverstone, and most recently Greystar. Originally from Seattle, Jenette is also currently in school part-time working her way towards a degree in Nursing and in her free time enjoys spending time with her two kids.
Martha recently joined Redside in 2017 as part of our accounting team. Originally from Oklahoma, Martha graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate. Her love for coffee, beautiful scenery, and the fast paced development of Seattle has drawn her to the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, Martha enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring Washington.
Alea recently joined Redside in 2018 as part of our accounting team. Originally from Minnesota, she has a Psychology degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris and Accounting degree from City University, Seattle. Alea has over twenty years of operational and accounting experience. She lives in Ballard with her husband, and has two sons. She loves to walk, read, and try new restaurants.
Nick joined Redside in 2018. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Utah (Go Utes!), he taught English in South Korea and Japan for the next four years. Upon moving to Seattle, he transitioned into property management and spent the previous five years working for another Seattle-based property management firm. Nick is a licensed real estate broker and enjoys trying to perfect the art of West Coast Swing dance, hiking, and cooking in his free time.
