As noted in July last year, and as part of our ongoing attempt to understand how well our maintenance team does, we request tenant surveys for every work order our team and other vendors do. We’re not perfect and sometimes it takes more than one trip to resolve an issue. However, the Redside Maintenance team has generally received outstanding marks for their work and consistently ranks greater than 4 of 5 on a scale of 1-5 (“5” being the highest rating).
It’s difficult to keep track of the maintenance team as they travel to different buildings snaking drains, repairing minor plumbing leaks, trouble shooting appliances, removing graffiti, adjusting hinges, etc. These surveys are a great barometer of our outstanding, and very valuable maintenance team and esteemed vendors.
