Manager of the month

We’re excited to announce Charity Mullen as the manager of the month! Charity is our rock star resident manager at the Chandelier Apartments in West Seattle and previously worked for another Redside building.

Charity is very detail oriented and does a great job maintaining the condition of the building. The level of detail in her move-in inspections and pre-inspections help assure residents at move-in, and greatly help maintenance during unit turns. She has a great attitude whenever extra leasing is required at other properties; we’re fortunate to have such a strong manager in West Seattle!
