Manager of the Month!

We would like to congratulate Brandon Eckhardt for being the Manager of the Month. Brandon manages a couple Capitol Hill buildings for Redside and does a great job:

• taking ownership of the buildings he manages,
• takes on projects that he thinks need attention before being asked,
• he challenges himself in thinking about how he can consistently do better (leasing apartments quickly after they come open, etc.)

We really appreciate working with great people like Brandon and Kristin Lipp congratulated him for his great efforts with a $100 gift card today. Thank you Brandon!
