Old Boston Hotel

76 S Main St Seattle, WA 98104

(206) 237-0334

Built in 1907, about decade after the Klondike Gold Rush, the Boston Hotel was originally home to the Puget Sound Hardware Co. The hardware store outfitted prospectors, and the hotel upstairs was where the fortune seekers stayed. The Boston Hotel later became home to Sullivan’s, one of Seattle’s first taverns. Poised on Seattle’s waterfront, this historic building now has a law office on the main floor, and four, charming luxury apartments above.
