About Us
Philosophy
Real estate investment, development and management are predicated on creating value. Redside creates and adds value to investments through careful analysis, attention to details and providing responsive service to owners, tenants and vendors.
Redside is absolutely committed to leading the team effort essential to exceeding owner objectives, and tenant expectations. We are not spread so thin with hundreds of buildings that we cannot spend time on your investment. We also focus on property management in the city; our attention isn’t diverted trying to sell your building or manage properties in outlying areas.

Craig Swanson
Craig Swanson, Redside’s founder and owner, is a native of the Northwest. Originally from Portland, Oregon, he graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and later received his Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. After graduating from Duke in 1995, he got more involved in real estate while also managing various marketing and sales initiatives at Sprint. In 2002 he founded Redside and through a continued focus on building property value, has built the firm organically and through referrals. He has helped build property values for Redside’s clients through multiple residential and commercial building renovations, or more simply, carefully attending to building operations and vacancies. Craig is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington and lives in Seattle with his wife and three daughters.
