Successful lease up!

We’re all very pleased with the recent lease-up that Redside recently did on Capitol Hill SEDO project at 1715 12th Ave E. We utilized some great people, progressive leasing strategies, and most simply, good work in finishing this project ahead of schedule and under budget!
