Congratulations to Jeremy Caron for being named Maintenance Supervisor of the Quarter!

Director of Facilities, Chris Skoglund, announced Jeremy Caron as the Maintenance Manager of the Quater. “I’m excited to recognize Jeremy as our Maintenance Manager of the Quarter. It’s an honor he has earned through remarkable leadership, commitment, and an unwavering willingness to support not just his own team, but our entire maintenance department. Jeremy has gone above and beyond this quarter, stepping in wherever needed, mastering new systems, and playing a key role in improving operations across the board. His work with AppFolio, his reliability during the emergency transition, and his constant drive to learn and elevate the team have made a tremendous impact.”

One of Redside’s technicians shared this message that perfectly captures who Jeremy is as a leader: “He is extremely helpful and always takes the time to teach and explain things thoroughly. He goes above and beyond to answer questions promptly and follows through right away. Even after hours, he checks in to offer support. His willingness to mentor and help others succeed does not go unnoticed.”

We are thrilled to recognize Kelsey Hofferbert as CM of the Quarter!

Over the past year, she successfully executed an eviction that had been in progress for over two years. Her efforts significantly reduced delinquency by $12,000 in Q4 through the effective use of 30- day Pay or Vacate notices and 60-day termination notices. She played a critical role in the eviction hearing for a particular resident and assumed responsibility for managing complex fire department issues related to the tenancy.
