However, recently, that growth began shifting from volume to a more strategic approach centered on high-quality asset acquisitions. All five of Redside’s most recent additions in the portfolio added a unique community in Seattle while also demonstrating thoughtful expansion and strong operational management.
One of their most recent additions, Post Alley Court in Seattle (61 units), captures the energy and beauty of downtown living. With sweeping views of the city and nearby waterfront, this community offers a living experience that feels both elevated and connected to everything Seattle has to offer.
