12 Days of Gratitude 2020 — Redside Maintenance

Getting great maintenance guys (and, though not always, they are nearly always are guys), is difficult; they’re in high demand. The challenge of getting good people is exacerbated in the summer months when so many people move and great maintenance people are in high demand. We make great efforts to attend to, and address resident Service Orders in a timely fashion. This is very difficult and not always perfect, but we’re incredibly proud of our team and the efforts made to quickly and efficiently address resident needs. Thank you Andy Wyatt for overseeing the Redside Maintenance team, and to the entire team for all the efforts put forth to make our resident’s lives better–especially in this pandemic.
