12 Days of Gratitude – Our residential residents!

First, thank you to our residents who have fulfilled the lease obligations they have agreed to. We know this year has been hard and we greatly appreciate how you have honored your lease–this includes a great majority of our residents.

We also want to thank those folks who, though they’ve been adversely affected by the pandemic, have been communicative with Redside and worked with us in developing and following through with a payment plan. This is difficult, frustrating and sometimes embarrassing–we get that.

However, just that simple effort most residents are making in communicating and developing a plan helps us develop an understanding for the situation and work with you to get through this difficult time — thank you!
