Ballyhoo!

As most folks who have worked with retail residents know, it’s hard to find good, unique residents.  We had a lower level, retail space in Ballard we had previously struggled with for a while.  When we first met Ryan Robbins he had a vision and even more importantly, he had a passion for what was described as an interesting idea but difficult to conceptualize.  He was then a big help in making improvements to the space and opened Ballyhoo in mid-December.  If nothing else it’s worth going in for the random taxidermy and other fantastic items in his store that, in some ways feels like a museum!
