At the moment, the rental market in Seattle is very strong. July, August and September are always the best months of the year for leasing apartments. The link below has some interesting statistics for how Seattle compares with cities in the U.S. It’s hard enough to find a neat place in Seattle, I pity folks trying to find a place to live in San Francisco right now.
