The Seattle Times had some additional detail on rents and the economy over the weekend. A link is below, and the content is about halfway through the article. The gist of it being rents are up in Bellevue, but on a per foot basis, rents there tend to be lower than the typically smaller units in Seattle. Rents on Capitol Hill have jumped the most recently, likely skewed to some degree by some new projects. Even with these new developments though, vacancy on Capitol Hill is listed at 2.57%.
