Busy summer coming to a close

We’ve learned a lot this summer and done a multitude of “summer upgrades”.

– We’ve had 5 buildings repainted

– We’ve repaired or replaced siding on 5 buildings (bring on the rain!!). In one case, we also had all the windows replaced.

– We’ve had 3 roofs replaced.

– We’ve had a large parking lot resurfaced.

– We’re in the midst of working with clients to convert two spaces to additional, legal units.

– We converted another unit to a short term rental.

I’m proud of our team to get through all this work and we’re smarter as a result. Now we’re ready for that rain!
