Californians moving to Seattle

According to The Seattle Times, Seattle is the favorite relocation city for relocating Bay Area techies. And, West Seattle is the favorite neighborhood for those folks. In many ways this isn’t a surprise. Seattle offers many of the same amenities and natural beauty that SF does, yet the cost of living is significantly lower. I suppose this is one more contributor to our strong economy and rising rents.
