As much character and charm were retained as possible with this renovation, ultimately this building was taken down to the studs. It’s now a commercial and residential fixture in Capitol Hill’s vibrant Pike/Pine neighborhood. Redside’s management was instrumental throughout this renovation, lease up, and continued management today.
