Changes to North Broadway

As the apartment market shines (August/September are always strong months as most folks move at this time of year), we continue working to optimize our commercial residents in all the buildings we manage. While we’re sorry Bako didn’t make it at 606 Broadway, we’re excited to have Linda Derschang as a resident in this North Broadway space. She has great vision and we think her concept will continue adding vitality to the north end of Broadway.
