College Kids and Vacancy Rates.

Don’t we all wish each month was September? The weather is ideal, the kids go back to school, and apartment buildings are about as full as they are going to get.

It’s always amazing how the bubble of collegiate kids impacts vacancy in Seattle. There is no doubt they make a great impact and are usually great residents.
