Commercial Spaces Filling Up!

It always takes longer than we plan, but we are pleased with the recent activity and new residents on N. Broadway. The Confectional is set to open next month at 618 Broadway and should be a great addition to the neighborhood. Lab 5 Fitness, a Pilates and fitness studio, opened earlier this month at 606 Broadway and is doing great. And just today there was a great write-up on the Capitol Hill blog today introducing Keeman Wong, the owner of Bako. Bako will feature higher end Chinese food and drinks and should do a great job tying in the new with the “old” at 606 Broadway—the “old” being the Jade Pagoda.

Now we just need to get that space leased across the street next to Rom Mai Thai…
