Home and rent prices continue to increase (hardly a news flash)

As noted in the Seattle Times this week, home prices and rents continue to escalate in Seattle and, to a lesser degree, in outlying areas. Inevitably there is some seasonality to these increases but the bottom line is there continues to be more demand than supply to live in the city.
