WOODENVILLE, Wash. – Redside Partners’ Noela Hatton, ARM® wins Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) of the Year Award!

On the evening of January 16th, professionals from across the Pacific Northwest property management industry gathered at Novelty Hill-Januik Winery to celebrate the 2nd Annual Ring in the New Year Awards and Impact Gala, hosted by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Western Washington Chapter 27. This remarkable event not only honored those who have made a significant impact in the industry, but also served as a fundraiser for Mary’s Place, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and families in need across the Greater Seattle Area. By the end of the evening, eight prestigious awards were presented, one lucky attendee won a two-night stay at Suncadia Resort, and over $2,400 was raised for Mary’s Place.

Among the many well-deserved accolades handed out, we are incredibly proud to share that one of our own, Noela Hatton, was honored with the prestigious Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) of the Year award. Noela’s dedication and impact on both her property and the wider industry earned her numerous nominations from colleagues within and beyond Redside Partners. Hatton has been with Redside Partners for over 3 years.

Kim Andelin, Redside Partners’ Portfolio Manager and IREM board member, said some kind words in her introduction to the award. “This person has shown a unique dedication to their property and the industry as a whole. She has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, selflessly imparting her knowledge and expertise to her colleagues and her team. She has led by example, often working after hours and on weekends to handle those inevitably inconvenient emergencies. Perhaps the best superlative comes from one of her (many) nominators who described her as ‘the perfect image of professionalism.”

We are beyond thrilled to have Noela as a team member as she is compassionate, driven, and holds respect from the community. Congratulations on getting the ARM of the Year, Noela!
