Job and housing market going hand in hand

No doubt, as job demand increases so too does the housing market. And it seems we’re sprinting in both sectors now. A friend who is a recruiter recently said: “yesterday was my birthday I wasn’t in the office and I got 9 new positions to fill in one day–now I have to go out and find these people, and that’s becoming much more difficult”.

The job pressure then puts more and more pressure on housing–we are renting apartments very quickly now, and for considerably more than they were previosly renting.
