Lots of cranes

Drive around Capitol Hill, or really anywhere in Seattle, and you can see lots of construction cranes. Within a half mile of our office on Capitol Hill, there are probably a half dozen of such cranes. The Seattle Times had an interesting and thorough article on this subject yesterday. Summarized, there are more apartment going up now and expected to come “on line” in the next three years than have been introduced to the Seattle market in the last thirty years.
