Redside Maintenance Recognitions are Announced!

SEATTLE, Wash.- Redside Partners announces July Maintenance Tech of the Month and Maintenance Manager of the Quarter.

Seattle is home to many property management companies, but Redside sets itself apart with a dedicated in-house maintenance team. Redside Maintenance operates as its own company with its own office, so it’s around-the-clock support to Redside Partners’ properties is most efficient.

At Redside, employee recognition is a core value which is why honors like Maintenance Tech of the Month and Maintenance Manager of the Quarter are an important part of the culture.

This quarter, Justin Moreno has been named Maintenance Manager of the Quarter. Justin joined Redside Maintenance on September 7, 2022, and has built a strong reputation within the team. His fellow maintenance managers had glowing praise:

The July Maintenance Tech of the Month is Pat Cleek, who just so happens to report to Justin. This seems to be a fitting connection that speaks to both of their strengths. Pat joined Redside Maintenance just days earlier on September 1, 2022.

Justin shared his appreciation for Pat:
