Maintenance Requests
Please report all building maintenance issues in writing via the following methods:
Via e-mail:
- Put the words “Maintenance Request” in the subject line of your e-mail
- Put your FULL NAME and BUILDING NAME in the message
- Put DETAILED informatino about the problem in the message
- Email to admin@redsidepartners.com
If you have an urgent building problem, do not leave a message with a staff member, but follow the audio text instructions for an URGENT BUILDING PROBLEM or contact our after hours emergency # on the contact us page.
In the event of a police, medical or other emergency, please dial 911 or call your local police or fire department. Redside Partners staff can not assist you with all types of emergencies. We are equipped to assist you with urgent building problems only.
