MFTE and Income Restricted Training
Saturday, March 2nd, 2024We have come a long way since mid-2022 in working through the management of converting about 350 units from “market rate” to “income restricted” homes. Our team feels great about facilitating at least 350 people, who would not otherwise be able to afford it, live in one of six great Seattle-based buildings that converted to this program. In so doing, Redside has also built an OUTSTANDING compliance department who is helping us make sure we’re following the proper MFTE guidelines. It was great to see the team get trained on the questions and forms needed for what are often considered very complicated, “paper-intensive” systems!
