Seattle’s Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) Program features apartment homes that are income restricted with a (40%-60%) area median income required – limits vary per property. MHA units are rent restricted – including all utilities W/S/T/SC (included electricty varies per property). To qualify for this affordable housing program, prospective residents must meet the annual gross income requirements. Income requirements vary per property – please review the unit marketing and coordinate with our leasing agents to confirm income limits. Completion of income certification documents is required at lease signing.
