More good news about Seattle home prices (if you’re a seller)

The link to a Seattle Times article below reiterates the speed with which the housing markets across the country and Seattle in particular are roaring back. The note they make about “the speed with which this is happening isn’t sustainable” sure sounds eerily familiar. Let’s hope the speed of this recovery slows a bit so we can enter an era of long-term, sustainable growth.
