More new regulations…

At Redside, we have always taken the first acceptable applicant for our apartments. Fortunately we won’t have to change any of our procedures to accomodate Seattle’s newest law–outlined in the link to the Seattle Times below. Other than help bolster the City Council’s status as “resident friendly”, I’m really not sure this new law will do anything more than add bureacracy and potential lawsuits to the leasing process.
