New Residents

We’re excited about some recent press some of our commercial residents have received. This includes the expansion of Spinasse into significantly more space previously occupied by Whimsy. It also includes the first signed lease for a resident at the 606 Broadway East building (formerly the “Jade Pagoda”), where Body Lab has signed a lease for about half of the building for their new Pilates studio. We have also signed a great new resident for the 618 Broadway East space (think desserts), but we’ll let them make the announcement on who they are and when they expect to open.

Update: the new resident is the dessert company The Confectional, this is their second location in Seattle.
