Package delivery

Most buildings, referred to in the WSJ link below, are handling package deliveries as they always have. It’s a resident amenity if not a requirement. However as the volume of deliveries increase, so too does the burden on management to “get it right”. Fortuately, we haven’t had repetitive issues with stolen packages and the UPS delivery guys work hard to make this as easy as possible. Still though, it’s important to keep in mind the additional time it takes to delight residents in getting these deliveries right–and I disagree wtih the notion that they should be altogether banned.
