PM Allison and CM Shell Join the Redside Team!

SEATTLE, Wash. – Redside welcomed two new members to their team!

Redside has a new Portfolio Manager, Allison Bay, and new Community Manager, Shell Adams, walking around the office.

Allison has been in property management for over five years with a proven track record of managing diverse property portfolios and driving operational success.
“From routine building walks to a Capitol Hill portfolio scavenger hunt, my first week with Redside Partners was very unique and eventful. I am so excited to be a part of the team” -Allison stated.

Shell has been a licensed realtor in Washington state for four years and has a strong background in property operations, client relations, project coordination, and team leadership. “I am so excited to be joining Redside Partners and add Property Management to my repertoire. I can’t wait to jump in and build on the hard work of the Community Manager before me, elevating the tenant experience and taking care of our people” – Shell stated.
