Redside Partners recently partnered with LetterStream, a service that specializes in certified mail, first-class mail, postcards, and document printing, to improve how they handle critical tenant notices. This partnership helps ensure that time-sensitive communications, such as lease renewals and Pay or Vacate notices, are sent accurately and efficiently.

Aaron from LetterStream met with the Redside team to walk them through how the platform works and he demonstrated how easy it is to send certified mail without needing to print, stuff envelopes, or make a trip to the post office. LetterStream handles everything digitally, from printing and mailing to USPS tracking and confirmation. Aaron also shared helpful tips on quality control. He recommended reviewing at least five pieces of mail in each batch, especially the first and last, to make sure formatting and content are consistent throughout the bulk.
