Redside Partners Has A Book Club!

SEATTLE, Wash. – The HR department at Redside Partners continues to push the growth of the company.

Thanks to an excellent suggestion from HR, Wall Street Journal Bestseller The Making of a Manager: What to Do When Everyone Looks to You by Julie Zhuo was chosen as Redside’s first book club read. Zhuo’s helpful insight on different aspects of effective management sparked conversation on how Redside can use her wisdom in their own management styles. Redside’s monthly gathering covered discussion topics pertinent to the book and property management such as how to give constructive feedback, how we can better train our team members, and how to recognize and play to the strengths of each team’s members.
