Redside Rolls Out Foxen
Thursday, July 10th, 2025Redside Partners has launched Foxen’s renters’ insurance compliance platform to streamline operations and ensure immediate and consistent coverage for all of their residents. This initiative aligns with Redside’s vision to be an industry leading property management company for residents, owners, and team members. It also contributes to their mission of creating outstanding residential experiences and excellent owner returns.
Foxen’s Compliance Program centers around its Waiver Program which automatically enrolls residents into the program at the start of their lease. This waiver provides up to $100,000 in property damage coverage for things such as fire, smoke, explosion, and leaks. In some implementations, residents also gain access to Foxen’s rent reporting service which enables them to build credit simply by paying rent on time. The initial rollout is expected to see some bumps, but in the end the residents will appreciate the ease and assurance.
In addition to improving the resident experience, Foxen significantly reduces the administrative workload for Redside’s property teams. Policy documents are verified instantly which removes the need for manual tracking and follow-ups thanks to AI driven Certificate of Insurance processing. Also, Foxen has a customer experience team to manage resident inquiries regarding Foxen’s program charges and renter’s insurance policies.
