Redside SM transitions to PM

SEATTLE, Wash.- Redside made an internal hire for their open Portfolio Manager position.

Alice Lundt has been a Resident Manager at Redside Partners since 2022 for one of our properties, Gordon, and is now shifting to a Portfolio Manager position. Resident Manager is a part-time role at Redside so in tandem she has been working at Kidder Mathews gaining valuable industry experience. She has a strong background in managing operations, client relationships, and active deal pipelines so Redside expects her to bring the strategic oversight and organizational expertise in her new role. Her leadership in marketing, workflow optimization, and client engagement has prepared her well for this expanded role.
