SEATTLE, Wash.- Partnering with trusted vendors like Morris Hansen continues to help Redside Partners stay ahead in delivering consistent and high-quality property care throughout the year.A few weeks ago Redside Partners welcomed Dave and Kevin from Morris Hansen for an in-person session with their Community Managers and Portfolio Managers. The goal of the visit was to strengthen the partnership between the two companies and explore new ways to leverage Morris Hansen’s wide range of maintenance services. With 46 years in the industry and a team of 65 skilled professionals, Morris Hansen brings extensive experience to every project. Redside has previously worked with them on services like window washing and dryer vent cleaning, but this session shed light on additional offerings and best practices that can further enhance property upkeep.

Dave and Kevin explained the difference between pressure washing and soft washing. They emphasized that soft washing helps surfaces stay cleaner for longer, as it targets mold and mildew both of which return more slowly than dirt. They also shared a useful tip about how windows cleaned only once a year tend to appear dirty roughly 75% of the time, making twice-yearly cleanings a more effective approach for maintaining curb appeal.

The team from Morris Hansen also highlighted their greater availability during the December through February period, making it a prime time to schedule special projects such as gutter cleaning, leaf raking, and other seasonal tasks.
