Redside’s Summer Tradition Completed

SEATTLE, Wash.- Redside Partners paused its regular Wednesday workday to take in America’s favorite pastime.
The office closed early as the team made its way to T-Mobile Park to watch the Mariners take on the Brewers in a 12:40pm game. The outing was a chance to unwind, enjoy the summer weather, and strengthen team connections outside of the office.

Many employees took the light rail to the stadium together which turned the commute into an extension of the team-building experience. Sharing stories, grabbing food, and riding into downtown as a group set a relaxed and cheerful tone for the day.

At the ballpark, Redside team members filled the stands with Mariners gear and good energy. One of the highlights came when Portfolio Manager, Alex Hunter, caught a ball tossed by a third baseman which earned cheers from the crowd and a round of high-fives from coworkers.

Redside Partners has long emphasized the importance of investing in its people, not just professionally but personally. Events like this serve as a reminder that company culture isn’t built in meeting rooms alone, but through shared experiences and genuine connection.

By creating space for casual interaction, Redside continues to foster a workplace where collaboration, trust, and morale thrive. The Mariners may have taken a loss, but it was a great day at the ballpark and a home run for company culture.
