Seattle unemployment rate below 5% and composting

One reason the apartment market is so strong is that the unemployment rate in Seattle is so low. The Seattle Times reports that a year ago the unemployment rate was 7.3% in Seattle, now it’s 4.7%. Let’s hope the trend continues.

CNN also has an interesting article on the value of composting, most of Seattle is composting, SF is doing it, and now it looks like NY will follow. And there is real value in it for building owners, composting lowers garbage bills.
