12 Days of Gratitude – Site Managers of the Quarter!

Vonn Wright – Site manager at Davenport, a 47 unit Belltown property, that’s been hit in pretty hard in a couple ways this year. First, as we all know, there simply are not as many people downtown or as many people who want to live there. She’s been fabulous in keeping the building full and looking GREAT! Second, built in 1925, the Davenport is a is a classic vintage building–coupled with some 95 year old maintenance challenges. Vonn has been outstanding at navigating these maintenance issues and coordinating with residents and vendors. Thank you Vonn!

Kevin Crabtree – Site manager for two U-District properties that are quite different. Kevin has managed to do a great job on both spectrums of the market. Keeping a building geared mostly to students nearly full and keeping a higher end property 100% full during a rough leasing patch for the U district. Kevin is great at leasing and even better at communicating. Thanks for all your hard work Kevin!
