Strong outlook for Seattle Real Estate

Yesterday, Jon Talton at the Seattle Times wrote a nice overview on the recent Urban Land Institute study–among 51 markets they studied Seattle was ranked #6 based on interviews with developers, investors, lenders, builders and real estate service firms. As Talton notes, the study gives Seattle many high marks and the density and “hip factor” of many Seattle neighborhoods helps.
