The Average Home in the UK is only 915 Square Feet

The attached article notes that the average US home is 2,480 square feet. It’s no surprise that as land gets more and more scarce and the percentage of single person households increases, the average dwelling size will continue to fall. Seattle isn’t the only city around with micro apartments.
