Seattle rent raises out pacing other cities

Attached is a link to another article on the speed with which rents have gone up in Seattle over the last year. No doubt rents are increasing fast; the real question for me will be how strong the market is in November and December. It’s also interesting how the Seattle Times tends to position this as though it’s almost wrong to allow landlords push on rents at the expense of residents.
