Unemployment rate drops again

Although it’s a tough time of year for leasing activity, it is great to see the area’s jobless rate fall to the lowest rate in nearly 10 years. The attached Seattle Times link shows the Seattle/Bellevue/Everett unemployment rate has fallen to 3.8%. Great news for the local economy!
